For sage products:

These are despatched from our supplier and delivery is typically between 3 and 5 working days from payment, using DHL services. Details of delivery charges are shown on individual products

For ICB courses

These are despatched directly from our offices and if the order is completed before 12 Noon, we arrange delivery for next working day (Mon-Fri excluding public and local holidays). Please ensure that someone is available to take delivery. We use FedEx delivery services. We do not charge delivery for these courses.

For online courses:

The finance courses are based on our own servers and we arrange access within the working day (Mon - Fri, 9am - 4.30 pm). Access is not instant after payment as we must first enrol you on to the course.

The Microsoft Office courses are delivered using our partner based in Germany (course is delivered in English). Once an order and payment is received, access is normally granted within 3 working days. However, this is often same-day (normal working day)
